Tips for mastering Pronoia's dashboard
The Delphi Pronoia user interface is dashboard-style, which can easily make the first impression chaotic. The impression is similar to being in an Airbus cockpit. Navigation becomes significantly easier when you recognize three ways to operate the Delphi panel process.
The first way is to carefully design a Delphi study plan with the help of the wizard, which is finalized using Pronoia's own tools. Second, Pronoia always displays the four main phases of the process: Planning - Collection - Analysis - Reporting. Each of these has its own sub-phases as clickable buttons. Orange buttons indicate functions that are active or direct you to the next phase.
The third navigation aid is that the Delphi method proceeds in rounds, which have their own phases. Under the Round Planning/Management sub-buttons, you'll find a framed box where these phases are ready in order to be edited and executed. I recommend trying, for example, Round 0, which is designed for chatbot-based key informant interviews. Its phases are: 1. Questions, 2. Respondents, 3. Invitation and opening, 4. Discussion, 5. Results, 6. AI analysis, 7. Extraction. In the last-mentioned phases, the discussion results are transferred to strengthen the plan for the next round—the first actual panel round—in terms of research description, panel composition, and questions. The first round, like other subsequent rounds, repeats similar facilitation within a single box.
