You need no account and no password. Open the personal link that arrived in your email — that is enough, and the same link brings you back to the panel round after round. Your answers appear to others under a pseudonym, taking part is voluntary, and you can answer at your own pace.
What the Delphi method is for
A question about the future is not settled by voting. In a Delphi study experts answer independently first, then read each other's reasoning anonymously and may revise their position. The aim is not unanimity but that those who disagree know why they disagree.
Three stages
Design frames the phenomenon, assembles the panel and writes the theses. Collection is where Pronoia runs the rounds, the invitations and the dialogue. Analysis opens the material as arguments, tensions and scenarios. The stages are separate because they answer different questions — but they run from one design to one body of material.
Two helpers, and one rule
Kastalia meets the panelist at the threshold and helps them put a thought into words before the first round. Kassotis works only in the analysis, opening the panel's talk layer by layer. Neither ranks views or says what to answer, and both are bound by the same rule: the machine carries the material, the human does the seeing.
AI takes part, and it is said out loud
A panel may include AI panelists — synthetic perspectives that take part in the answers and the dialogue. Their presence is disclosed before you answer, and AI-generated content is marked with 🤖 in the analysis and in file exports as well. The material is not used to train AI models.
